Welcome to Artistry in Layers! We appreciate your interest in our resin printing services. Before you proceed with your order, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Fan Art Acknowledgment:

All items produced by Artistry in Layers through resin printing services are considered fan art. We respect the intellectual property rights of others, and any resemblance to copyrighted or trademarked material is purely coincidental. By ordering from us, you confirm that you either own the rights to the provided design files or that your use of the design files falls under fair use.

2. No Returns or Refunds:

Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our resin printing services, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.  If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it.

3. Order Modifications and Cancellations:

Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations are not guaranteed and are subject to our discretion. If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

4. Shipping and Handling:

We take great care in packaging and shipping your items. However, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during transit. If your item arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it. We may require photographic evidence of the damage to process a replacement.

5. Replacement of Broken Items:

If your item is damaged during shipping or has manufacturing defects, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. Please contact us promptly with clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging. We reserve the right to determine whether the damage is eligible for a replacement.

6. Shipping Delays:

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, customs issues, or courier delays. We will make every effort to provide estimated delivery times, but these are not guaranteed.

7. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wisconsin.

By placing an order with Artistry in Layers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice.
